New Steering Committee elected | ||||||
|
A new 20 strong Steering Committee, including six new members, was elected at our AGM held in November. There were 21 Steering Committee places available and we knew that was always going to be a challenge, but it was a challenge we felt important to meet. From our efforts to secure nominations from our membership, 29 people expressed an interest of which 20 submitted completed nominations. This meant that it was not necessary to hold a postal ballot. All the nominees were subsequently elected at the AGM for a period of three years. We are pleased we have a strong and dedicated Steering Committee to take Richmond LINk forward into the next 12 months and beyond. | |||||||

Following unanimous agreement by the Committee Bonnie Green, our former Vice-chair and communications lead, has been elected as Chair and Richard McIvor was elected to continue his role as Treasurer.The Vice-chair role is currently vacant with the committee agreeing to consider nominations in the New Year. | |||||||
