We are now pleased to be able to provide our members with an update on this issue.

NHS Richmond is working with the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to develop two new commissioning strategies: one for adults of working age and one for older people with mental health problems.

The first stage of engagement has just finished but you can still have your say about the future of local mental health services by commenting on the final draft strategies expected in January 2010.
